Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to support material planning, vendor coordination, and inventory tracking for electrical panel manufacturing and MEP project execution. The role ensures timely availability of materials aligned with project and production requirements.
Responsibilities
• Plan material requirements based on project and production schedules
• Coordinate with suppliers for quotations, orders, and deliveries
• Track material status to ensure timely availability at site or shopfloor
• Maintain purchase records, order status, and documentation
• Coordinate with stores, production, and project execution functions
• Support cost comparison and vendor evaluation activities
Requirements
• Diploma / Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Commerce, or Supply Chain
• 1–3 years experience in materials coordination or procurement support
• Basic knowledge of electrical panel or MEP materials preferred
• Familiarity with MS Excel and documentation processes
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple material requirements efficiently
