Overview
We are looking for a responsible professional to support material receipt, storage, and inventory tracking for electrical panel manufacturing and project execution activities. The role ensures accurate stock management and timely availability of materials.
Responsibilities
• Receive, verify, and record incoming materials as per purchase documents
• Maintain proper storage and identification of electrical components
• Track inventory levels and update stock records regularly
• Issue materials to production and project functions as required
• Coordinate with procurement for stock replenishment planning
• Maintain inward, outward, and inventory documentation accurately
Requirements
• Diploma / Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Commerce, or related field
• 1–3 years experience in stores or inventory handling preferred
• Basic knowledge of electrical panel components is an advantage
• Familiarity with inventory registers and MS Excel
• Strong coordination and documentation skills
• Ability to manage materials systematically and efficiently
